Hello, and welcome to Statesmanship! This is a forum- and wiki-based "game" where the players simulate their own nations through creative role-playing. Statesmanship's Forums are where most of the action takes place. The Wiki (also known as SMSWiki) provides a useful place to input all of your nation's information, such as histories, statistics, military information, and any other type of data normally entered into a "Factbook". Finally, most Statesmanship players congregate on the IRC channel, which is where a lot of planning and discussion takes place.
The Statesmanship world can accomodate virtually any type of player, from totalitarian dictatorships to anarchist democracies. While most Statesmanship players occupy one particular "world", this is not a requirement for gameplay. As a Statesmanship member, you are free to create your own role-playing universe that others can join, or to simply go it on your own; it's really up to you.
